All rate quotations are valid for 14 days from the date issued, and provided with Corvyx Freight Group acting as a forwarding agent only, not a carrier. Rates are dock-to-dock, business-to-business, subject to equipment availability, and exclude destination terminal charges, duties, taxes, and clearance fees. Additional charges apply for power tailgate service and private residence pickup or delivery.

NOTICE: Due to the current fuel crisis caused by the unrest in the Middle East, the Freight Carrier's Association has drastically increased the FCA Fuel Rates for both domestic and transborder full truckloads and LTL by 40%. We are monitoring this situation very closely, however this has caused freight rate fluctuations across the globe. We are hopeful that this situation will not last much longer.

Rates are estimates based on shipment details provided (weight, dimensions, cube, or class) at the time of quoting. Any changes to shipment details or shipping date may result in rate or fuel surcharge adjustments. Carrier liability is limited to $2.00 per pound. Additional cargo insurance is available upon request.

Credit card payments are subject to a 3.0% surcharge. GST not included and will be charged in addition to the quoted amount.

Invoices are due 30 days from the delivery date and must be received by that date — please account for the time it takes to receive payment or a cheque. A service charge of 2% per month (26.8% per annum) will accrue on any past-due balance, plus a flat late fee of $25.00 CAD for every late invoice. Should Corvyx Freight Group engage a lawyer to collect any overdue balance or otherwise enforce these terms, the customer agrees to reimburse Corvyx Freight Group for those legal costs on a full indemnity (solicitor-and-own-client) basis.
